AMIX: Jim Avignon #21
Quand, à l'invitation d'Arts Factory, nous nous rendîmes à Paris pour ce "friendly week-end" à l'occasion d'une exposition de Evelin et Jim Avignon à bord de notre Visa Club mauve, nous ne nous doutions pas que cela se transformerait en "friendly decade".
Dix ans d'amitié donc avec Jim Avignon, personnage attachant à la ville comme à la scène, bouillonnant, hyper actif, aussi doué en musique (sous le nom de Neoangin) qu'en peinture qui l'a rendu célèbre à Berlin et dans le monde, entre autre pour son mouvement "cheap art". Il a un style qui n'appartient qu'à lui, lofi, "casio", autobiographique à base d'histoires simples et touchantes. Lors de ses concerts fleuves, il saute, il se donne, il parle avec le public (beaucoup) car Jim Avignon est un artiste profondément humain qui veut rester dans la vie, celle des gens. Un artiste qui ne craint pas de montrer ses émotions et qui nous en procure également beaucoup.
Nous sommes très heureux de partager son univers une fois encore à l'occasion de cet Amix 21!
