V seriji IndieRE v produkciji in mednarodni izmenjavi radijske vsebine sodelujemo ljubljanski Radio Študent, hrvaški Radio Student, francoska mreža Radio Campus, Radio Corax iz Halleja v Nemčiji, EMA-RTV iz Španije, irski Near FM, madžarski Civil Rádió in avstrijski Radio Helsinki.
In the 123rd edition of IndieRE, hosted by Patrick Domanico from Near FM, Ireland, the spotlight shines on a diverse array of Irish musical talent, showcasing everything from indie-folk and post-punk to electro-pop and noise-punk. The show features a lineup that includes Winter Aid, led by Shane Culloty, who presents his latest ventures into heartbreak-folk, influenced by his time in California. Dublin's own Pinnock Hill offers a fresh take on indie rock with their debut EP, while Belfast’s Enola Gay brings their distinctive noise-punk sound, fresh from their performance at Chicago’s Riot Fest.
Lux Alma, the solo project of Alma Kelliher, envelops listeners with her dreamy electro sounds that reflect themes of female strength and Irish mythology. Sorcha Richardson delivers songs that chart her geographical and emotional journeys, while Orla Gartland dives into themes of self-discovery and personal growth with her quirky folk pop. Cmat, known for her blend of pop and country with a humorous twist, continues to captivate with her second album, reflecting her unique lyrical perspective.
Fontaines D.C. are set to release their next album Romance promising a deeper exploration into post-punk, while the Irish hip-hop trio Kneecap rounds out the show with their politically charged lyrics and dynamic beats.

Was macht die lokale Musikszene Sevillas aus? Vor welchen besonderen Herausforderungen stehen Nachwuchskünstler:innen in Budapest angesichts der dortigen politischen Situation? Welche Verbindungen und Gemeinsamkeiten lassen sich zwischen der Independent Musikkultur in Graz, Halle und Dublin finden und was unterscheidet sie? Welchen Spielraum haben alternative Künstler:innen in der heutigen digitalen Musikindustrie?
Mit solchen und weiteren Fragen werden sich Radio Študent aus Ljubljana, das Netzwerk verschiedener französischer Uniradios namens Radio Campus, Radio CORAX aus Halle (Saale), EMA-RTV aus Sevilla, Radio Helsinki aus Graz, Near FM aus Dublin, Radio Student aus Zagreb und Civil Radio aus Budapest beschäftigen. Gemeinsam arbeiten sie dafür im Rahmen des EU-Projekts "Independent Radio Exchange" für die nächsten zwei Jahre zusammen.
